专利说明:
VENTILATOR CAPABLE OF HUMIDIFICATION TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to the technical field of breathing equipment, and in particular, to a ventilator capable of humidification. BACKGROUND Ventilators, which are very common first aid and life support equipment, have been widely used in first aid, postoperative recovery and respiratory treatment. As we all know, the nasal cavities are very sensitive to dry air. Dry air may cause great discomfort in the use of a ventilator, thus leading to treatment failure. To use ventilators at home, doctors will generally recommend users to use a heated humidifier. Humidification for a ventilator has highly obvious benefits. A humidifier can humidify air to increase the moisture content in the air, and can provide a better humidification effect. However, in the use of an existing ventilator capable of humidification, unsatisfactory mixing of air, oxygen and water vapor renders the experience in use poor. In view of the above problem, the inventors have been actively making research and innovation based on years of rich practical experience of working on the engineering application of such products and expertise in combination with utilization of theories, attempting to create a more practical ventilator capable of humidification. SUMMARY The present invention provides a ventilator capable of humidification that can fully mix air, oxygen and water vapor, thus effectively solving the problem in the prior art. To achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions. A ventilator capable of humidification includes an oxygen generator, an air-oxygen mixer and a humidifier; where the air-oxygen mixer is communicated with the oxygen generator and outside air to mix air and oxygen therein, the humidifier is communicated with an outlet pipe of the air-oxygen mixer by means of a horizontal nebulizing pipe to supply a resulting mixture through an air supply pipe, where the nebulizing pipe is perpendicular to the outlet pipe; and an axis of the air supply pipe has an angle offset in a range of 0 to +10° relative to a bisector for axes of the nebulizing pipe and the outlet pipe. Further, a pipe module including a plurality of uniformly distributed pipes and a mounting base for fixing one end of each pipe is arranged at a tail end of the outlet pipe, where a tail end of the pipe module forms a plane which is perpendicular to the axis of the air supply pipe. Further, the outlet pipe is surrounded by a heating unit at the mounting base. Further, the humidifier includes a housing and a float unit located within the housing, where the float unit is configured to mount a nebulizer. Further, a displacement transducer is mounted between the nebulizer and the housing and configured to monitor a distance of the float unit away from the top of the housing. Further, the nebulizer includes a primary venturi pipe and a transition cavity communicated with the top of the primary venturi pipe, where a plurality of secondary venturi pipes are evenly distributed on an end face, perpendicular to an axis of the primary venturi pipe, of the transition cavity; the nebulizer further includes a nebulizing mesh which is arranged within a connecting pipe located at an upper portion of the housing in smooth transition with the nebulizing pipe and disposed longitudinally; and an air compressor is arranged at the bottom of the primary venturi pipe. Further, a return orifice is formed at the bottom of the transition cavity. Further, the top of the housing is of a smooth cone structure; and the connecting pipe is connected to the top of the cone structure. Further, a periphery of the secondary venturi pipe is of a cylindrical structure with external thread, and the cylindrical structure is in threaded connection with a threaded hole in the end face. Further, the heating unit is a heater band fitting a periphery of the outlet pipe. With the technical solution, the present invention achieves the following beneficial effects: According to the present invention, to better mix air, oxygen and water vapor, angles between axes of a nebulizing pipe of a humidifier, an outlet pipe of an air-oxygen mixer and an air supply pipe are set reasonably, so that a convection zone for air-oxygen mixture and water vapor is formed at a joint with the air supply pipe. With the convention zone, the two flows can be fully mixed by impact, and the resulting mixture can flow out of the relatively tilted air supply pipe. Such tilting of the air supply pipe conforms to the direction of a resultant force on the two flows, thereby avoiding resistance to the mixture in the flowing process and ensuring smooth flowing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION The technical solutions in the examples of the present invention will be described below clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings in the examples of the present invention. Apparently, the described examples are merely a part rather than all of the examples of the present invention. In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that orientations or position relationships indicated by terms “center”, “top”, “bottom”, “left”, “right”, “vertical”, “horizontal”, etc. are orientation or position relationships as shown in the drawings, and these terms are just used to facilitate description of the present invention and simplify the description, but not to indicate or imply that the mentioned device or elements must have a specific orientation and must be established and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, these terms cannot be understood as a limitation to the present invention. In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise clearly specified and limited, meanings of terms "install", "connected with", and "connected to" should be understood in a board sense. For example, the connection may be a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; may be a mechanical connection or an electrical connection, may be a direct connection or an indirect connection by using an intermediate medium; or may be intercommunication between two components. A person of ordinary skill in the art may understand specific meanings of the foregoing terms in the present invention based on a specific situation. This example is set forth progressively. As shown in FIG. 1, a ventilator capable of humidification includes an oxygen generator 1, an air-oxygen mixer 2 and a humidifier 3. The air-oxygen mixer 2 is communicated with the oxygen generator 1 and outside air to mix air and oxygen therein. The humidifier 3 is communicated with an outlet pipe 21 of the air-oxygen mixer 2 by means of a horizontal nebulizing pipe 31 to supply a resulting mixture through an air supply pipe 4, where the nebulizing pipe 31 is perpendicular to the outlet pipe 21; and an axis of the air supply pipe 4 has an angle offset in a range of 0 to +10° relative to a bisector for axes of the nebulizing pipe 31 and the outlet pipe 21. According to the present invention, to better mix air, oxygen and water vapor, angles between axes of the nebulizing pipe 31 of the humidifier 3, the outlet pipe 21 of the air-oxygen mixer 2 and the air supply pipe 4 are set reasonably, so that a convection zone for air-oxygen mixture and water vapor is formed at a joint with the air supply pipe 4. With the convention zone, the two flows can be fully mixed by impact, and the resulting mixture can flow out of the relatively tilted air supply pipe 4. Such tilting of the air supply pipe 4 conforms to the direction of a resultant force on the two flows, thereby avoiding resistance to the mixture in the flowing process and ensuring smooth flowing. As preference to the above example, as shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 4, a pipe module 22 including a plurality of uniformly distributed pipes 22a and a mounting base 22b for fixing one end of each pipe 22a is arranged at a tail end of the outlet pipe 21, where a tail end of the pipe module 22 forms a plane which is perpendicular to the axis of the air supply pipe 4. In the preferred solution, with the pipe module 22, the pipes 22a are allowed to disperse the air-oxygen mixture more centrally. Such centralized dispersion can increase the velocity of outflow of the air-oxygen mixture on the one hand, and on the other hand, can allow uniformly distributed columnar mixture jet flows to better mix with water vapor. As a result, the air-oxygen mixture can be dispersed into the water vapor more aggressively, ensuring the uniformity of mixing. More advantageously, the tail end of the pipe module 22 forms a plane which is perpendicular to the axis of the air supply pipe 4. Referring to FIG. 3, the air-oxygen mixture can flow out of the pipes 22a in chronological order in a direction from left to right in the figure, where the mixture flowing out first may release pressure immediately after being liberated from the pipe 22a, thereby forming a higher mixture density zone on the left relative to the right in the figure and forming resistance to the water vapor to a certain extent. Such resistance may result in better mixing of the two and cause transitory reverse mixing in the flowing process. In the mixing process, as shown in FIG. 4, to avoid condensation of the water vapor due to temperature, the outlet pipe 21 is surrounded by a heating unit 22¢ at the mounting base 22b. With the heating unit 22¢, the above problem is effectively solved. Preferably, the heating unit 22c is a heater band fitting a periphery of the outlet pipe 21, and thus is convenient to mount with easily controllable heating effect. As preference to the above example, the humidifier 3 includes a housing 34 and a float unit 32 located within the housing 34. The float unit 32 is configured to mount a nebulizer 33. As shown in FIG. 5, with the float unit 32, the nebulizer 33 is allowed to keep a predetermined 5 distance away from the water surface, thus effectively maintaining the nebulizing effect. A displacement transducer is mounted between the nebulizer 33 and the housing 34 and configured to monitor a distance of the float unit 32 away from the top of the housing 34. Thus, data collection by the displacement transducer ensures a sufficient water surface elevation of the nebulizer 33 in the working process, thereby avoiding nebulizing danger due to a too low water level. Here, a pull-cord displacement transducer is preferred, which has low accuracy requirement for a mounting position. As preference to the above example, as shown in FIG. 6, the nebulizer 33 includes a primary venturi pipe 33a and a transition cavity 33b communicated with the top of the primary venturi pipe 33a. A plurality of secondary venturi pipes 33c are evenly distributed on an end face, perpendicular to an axis of the primary venturi pipe 33a, of the transition cavity 33b. The nebulizer 33 further includes a nebulizing mesh 33d which is arranged within a connecting pipe 35 located at an upper portion of the housing 34 in smooth transition with the nebulizing pipe 31 and disposed longitudinally. An air compressor 36 is arranged at the bottom of the primary venturi pipe 33a. In a specific working process, as shown in FIG. 6, the air compressor 36 is configured to provide compressed air which carries the liquid through the primary venturi pipe 33a into the transition cavity 33b. The transition cavity 33b is provided for the purpose of restricting the water vapor to remain relatively centralized and avoiding the influence on the nebulizing efficiency by dropping in a pressure unconcentrated zone due to excessive decentralization. The mixture may flow out of the secondary venturi pipes 33c after passing through the transition cavity. With the two stages of venturi pipes, the vapor can flow more smoothly and be subjected to twice stagewise adsorption, and finally be dispersed by the nebulizing mesh 33d for use. A return orifice 33e is formed at the bottom of the transition cavity 33b, allowing the residual liquid in the transition cavity 33b to return for continuous working and avoiding the influence on air flowing. As preference to the above example, the top of the housing 34 is of a smooth cone structure. The connecting pipe 35 is connected to the top of the cone structure. Such a structure also allows for return. As structure optimization to the secondary venturi pipe 33c, a periphery thereof is of a cylindrical structure with external thread, as shown in FIG. 7. The cylindrical structure is in threaded connection with a threaded hole in the end face. Thus, convenient mounting and replacement can be achieved, and the partial pipe structure may be easier to manufacture. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that, the present invention is not limited by the aforementioned examples. The aforementioned examples and the description only illustrate the principle of the present invention. Various changes and modifications may be made to the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Such changes and modifications all fall within the claimed scope of the present invention. The protection scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
